a month of thanksgiving, part 2

day 18: i am thankful that God listens to our prayers. had a late night conversation with Him and i am feeling at peace.
who needs a boyfriend when you have God? He will never leave you or forsake you! best boyfriend evah!!!
day 19: i am thankful for cancelled classes. extra sleep and more work done!
day 20: i am thankful for long movie marathons with friends! last night was the little rascals and the blind side, and today it's been batman begins, nick and norah's infinite playlist, and right now it's the proposal. more to come, i hope! i am thankful for weekends :)
day 21: i am thankful for all my teachers in naselle! i am amazed how much the lessons you have taught have helped me in college! 
listen up you guys still in NHS-especially the juniors getting ready for THE paper: take it seriously! be careful to follow all instructions, find good sources, and edit a lot! it will help you get a good grade now, and it will teach you how to survive in college.
day 22: i am thankful to be safe with trudy and bub in salmon creek, vancouver... even though i want to be in the other salmon creek... i'm also thankful for understanding teachers and friends... and that i get to watch gonzaga tonight!
now, just waiting for a chance to dash to naselle, the first clear moment we get!
days 23 and 24: i am thankful to have made it home safely, and to be with my wonderful sisters and parents in a warm house having taco soup!
day 25: it's THE DAY!! thanks to God for getting me through a crazy year- applications, decisions, graduation, and college. God has been so faithful this year, and now i can finally celebrate with my family :)
day 26: i am thankful that Nurse Saydi is here taking care of me while i feel yucky :) bestest pup ever!
day 27: i am thankful for my sisters and my mommy and daddy ♥
day 28: i am thankful for a relaxing and fun break, but i'm also thankful to go back to salem. i miss my friends!! see you all tonight!
day 29: i am thankful for a God who didn't just make the world and let it be, but a God who humbled himself and sat among us. He knows what we're going through. He is not impersonal. He is with us always.
day 30! i am thankful for moments to sit down and relax, reflect on life, and be at peace. i am thankful that, even when times are super busy and tiring, they come to an end. i am thankful that this is not all i'm living for, and that i don't really have to worry about tomorrow, because in the end i know where i'm going...
